Ecolution GmbH, Bellevue 35, 22301 Hamburg, is the controller. We use your email, description and screenshots only to handle this request, and the IP address only to prevent abuse. To protect against automated requests, we use an invisible check field and limit the number of requests per IP address. We only hold the IP address briefly for the respective time window and do not store it permanently. We do not use any third-party providers for this. Details are in the Privacy.
